A messenger from above whispers softly, "Follow the Christ"
A tormentor from below screams loudly, though his voice is not
heard, just seen in our every day ramblings, and rushing, and going
to and fro to build and collect and invest, yet never to rest.
"Follow the Christ" - those words are so intriguing, yet confusing
sometimes i must admit.
Yet nothing is more sacred, nothing more true, for all other paths
lead to death. Every choice, every step, albeit small, says something
of our destination. </p>
So in the end, let our final cry not be, how did i get here to
this lonesome grave, but 'Hallelujah to King, the one who me has
Saved'

Wandering......
Wandering through the desert. Endless sand, An abundant golden highway of vast expanse. A mountain range, a dry terrain of a different kind, reaching up to the heavens. A holy walk for Moses, sacred ground beneath him, as he leaves Israel behind, on that blessed day when he met with God. Same scene, some time later, Israel had exchanged the Glory of God for the worship of an idol. Commandments smashed, thousands killed, but Moses seeks God's face again. This time deeper, unrelenting for anything less than the Glory of God. A lone trek up the mountain of God. An appointment with a King, exclusive contact. An audience of one, both ways. The Glo
To seek His face
Alone, cold, I'm broken,
But Jesus I know when your name is spoken,
The darkness flees,
To hide from Thee.
I know I'm a sinner,
In need of your grace and forgiveness
Each morning I rise,
I come to your throne.
In deep humiliation,
I reach out my hands for your salvation,
I give you my life.
Like you gave yours for mine.
And Jesus I've seen your hand
Work in my life
And I know that you will answer
When I seek your face
Now I seek your face
The rain falls around me,
I'm longing to see your glory surrounding,
Your Holy throne.
My heart is your home.
I close my eyes and whisper,
A prayer in your name
I know you're listenin
The ultimate empathiser
The words sympathy and empathy have always been mistaken for each other, indeed i always thought they meant the same thing, but now i've come to know that to empathize is different from being able to sympathize. People can sympathize with pretty much anything that happens, you can sympathize with someone who is feeling depressed, has lost a loved one, is out of a job etc. To sympathize is to imagine what the other person is going through. But there is a few of us that can empathize. As i've come to understand the word, its the ultimate way of relating to anothers pain or suffering, but you can only get to this state if you yourself has been d
Choose life....
It's like this: think with me about something: picture a God who creates everything; universe; planets; atmosphere, water , people, animals, trees, air, everything. Picture this God sustaining everything; down to the subatomic level sustaining everything. If He would leave that thing alone, whether it's a plant or animal, planet or human, that thing would cease to exist, because it needs God to sustain it. Now picture people who are given the choice whether to accept this God's love and friendship or not. Some do, most don't. God still sustains both, but ultimately He created them all for friendship with Himself and with others. If peop
